Users can either reactivate or add a note to the order for the following:
- In progress orders that are canceled or paid off.
- Completed orders that are canceled or paid off.
- Disputed orders that are canceled or paid off.
To reactivate an order:
- Navigate to the main order screen.
- Click Edit/Reactivate. The full History menu is restored.
To add a note:
- Navigate to the main order screen.
- Click Add/Note.
- In the subsequent dialog, enter any additional information and click Save to return to the main orders screen.
